The workshop is intended for students of age 13-21 who wants to learn new things, new techniques and explore their own passion for dance.
About the workshop
The aim of the workshop is to consolidate and improve the good basics of classical ballet technique.
Furthermore, increasing the range and turnout of the legs, improving pure classical form, increasing physical and breathing endurance and improving the classical ballet repertoire.
Contemporary lessons will teach you how to use and move your body in other possible way so in the end you will be more confident and you will have much more control so it will give you more chances and possibilities in the future.
Every morning will start with pilates excersices - the best way how to make strong your core muscles. Making your body more stable and also avoid many injouries
